Exchange Policy

You can claim a request in order to change, exchange or return your received parcel but there are certain conditions and you can only send us back a parcel if:

  • The jacket you have received is not what you ordered.
  • The measurement of the jacket is not quite right.
  • The design is not the same as shown in the picture.
  • We delivered a defective piece.
  • The quality has been compromised.
  • You happen to suspect our fault, we’d gladly offer refund.
  • Claim your exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel. After 30 days your request will not be entertained.

Following terms and conditions is the proof of our effective assistance to any issue or fraud our customers face. Take your time and read the following points thoroughly;

  • In case you have received a broken parcel, we request you to inspect it thoroughly and check all the requirements you have sent to us. If the issue remains the same, you can claim a return and send back the parcel to us.
  • You are required to send back the parcel the way it was delivered to you. Avoid spraying perfume on it or staining it.
  • Do not remove the tags or anything that has been attached to the product if you want to return it.
  • You can only claim for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the parcel so that the process can be done as quickly as possible. Your claim won’t be entertained after 30 days.
  • Try to claim return or exchange ASAP after inspecting the default
  • You can only claim on the pre-designed jackets. Custom jackets are not categorized in this policy because these jackets have been stitched according to required instructions.
  • Mention the order reference before returning us the parcel.
  • We are liable to pay the shipping charges in case if we have been at fault, for example, the buyer receives the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product. However, if buyer claims refund because they are not satisfied with the product due to any reasons, we are NOT liable to pay shipping charges.

Refund Policy

This refund policy bound us to pay you back only when the following circumstances occur;

  • If your parcel has been miss managed by the courier service while it was being shipped or delivered to you.
  • If the jacket you have ordered is out of stock.
  • The jacket you have received is not what you ordered.
